Project Portal Systems is a dedicated property wholesale and distribution solution, assisting property developers to effectively and consistently deliver new projects and properties to market, while also providing processes, systems and information designed to help property agents facilitate the successful sale and settlement of those properties.

WIPA utilises its very own industry first ‘Agent Only’ Property Portal website application to ensure each project and property is delivered to market in a consistent and timely manner. It provides all Member Agents access to every form of information, documentation and support services required to facilitate the successful sale and settlement of each property listed on the Project Portal.

Following more than 15 years of working in the investment property industry with a number of publicly listed property developers and several large property marketing firms, the Directors of WIPA identified consistent issues and problems being faced by both developers and agents. They determined that an efficient and viable solution could be developed through the introduction of a specialty wholesaling service tailored specifically to the property development industry.

The WIPA Project Portal system and its processes have been designed entirely to prompt agents to work together in the spirit of collaboration for a common goal of selling more new properties.

Greg has worked in the property industry for over 15 years with a number of publicly listed companies in roles as a market research analysis and sales manager. In recent years these roles have seen Greg working in a business development roll growing a every expanding network of property marketers both in Australia and Internationally. 
    
   
David Anderson | Non-Exectitive Director
    
David is currently Director - Strategic Solutions of the Equititrust Capital Group which provides support services to the business. Prior to joining Equititrust he had more than 20 years in the accounting profession in the UK, Australia and Hong Kong is a former partner of KPMG Australia. Subsequently David spent 8 years as CFO of a publicly listed fund manager with assest accross many sectors.
